30 Books With My Favourite Colour On The Cover

Top Ten Tuesday is a regular feature on Pop! Goes The Reader in which I count down my top ten choices on a particular theme. This weekly event is hosted by Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl.

I had so much fun with today’s Top Ten Tuesday topic! As regular followers of Pop! Goes The Reader are already no doubt aware, there are few things I love talking about more than book cover design, so when I saw that was the inspiration behind this week’s prompt, I couldn’t have been more thrilled. Strictly speaking I don’t have a single favourite colour – I like anything that’s vibrant, bright and cheerful, no matter what the colour – but I do tend to gravitate naturally toward shades of blue like teal, turquoise, mint, etc. so I thought that might be a great place to start! The only problem? I might have gone a little overboard… 😉

This week’s Top Ten Tuesday topic is: Books With My Favorite Color On the Cover.

Now it’s YOUR turn! What’s your favourite colour, and does it feature prominently on any beautiful book covers? Let me know in the comments – I would love to hear from you!

  1. THIS IS GORGEOUS I WILL STARE FOREVER. I absolutely love blue and these shades are DIVINE! My favourite shade ever of blue has to be the one on The Raven King and also the UK edition of Strange the Dreamer. I’m besotted with them. ahhh. (Also love how you ombre’d these covers a bit.)

Hi! I’m Jen! I’m a thirty-something introvert who loves nothing more than the cozy comfort of home and snuggling my two rescue cats, Pepper and Pancakes. I also enjoy running, jigsaw puzzles, baking and everything Disney. Few things bring me more joy than helping a reader find the right book for them!
