The Writing’s On The Wall is a regular feature on Pop! Goes The Reader in which I create desktop wallpapers inspired by some of my favourite novels, authors, and literary quotes.
As the weather begins to warm, the sun begins to shine, and the birds begin to sing, I thought that it might be nice to do a little something different with this week’s The Wriitng’s On The Wall post. Much like the seasonal and holiday-themed wallpapers I shared during the month of December, today’s wallpaper is inspired not by a particular book, author, or quote, but rather in honour of the changing of the seasons. Ideally, I hope I’ve created something fun, whimsical, and evocative of both Spring and Easter, while being non-denominational and therefore useful for a wider audience. Joyeux Printemps!
I would like to say a big ‘thank you’ to Stolen Pencil whose clipart and/or fonts I purchased, edited and used in the creation of this wallpaper!
What book would you like to see made into a desktop wallpaper next? Let me know in the comments – I would love to hear from you!
